Zommari Leroux is an Arrancar and the Septima (Seventh) Espada in Sosuke Aizen's army.

Zommari is a tall, muscular, bald, dark-skinned Arrancar with amber eyes and slightly larger lips than the others. The location of his Espada tattoo are unknown. The remains of his Hollow mask consist of a row of bony spikes along the crest of his head, forming something similar to a Mohawk hairstyle along with a pair of skull-shaped earrings and a thick bony necklace, but it is unknown if it's an actual necklace or not. These accessores give him the appearance of a witch doctor, which is appropriate, given the name of his Zanpakuto.

Zommari's uniform consists of a long mandarin-style Arrancar jacket with a small opening at his chest area. He wears a default hakama like all other Arrancar, although his sandals resemble traditional martial arts training shoes. He has three triangle-shaped tattoos on his chin. He also has four lines running down from his forehead directly above his eyes that end with dots appearing as exclamation points. These are on both sides of his head, giving him a total of eight lines. His Hollow hole is located at his right nipple, though this was never seen.

At first glance, Zommari seems to be a calm, serious individual. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it is in a calm, almost emotionless tone. He is also notable for being quite loyal to Sosuke Aizen. Underneath this calm visage, however, Zommari is a sadistic, arrogant individual. He is also a hypocrite, claiming to hate Shinigami for killing Hollows while simultaneously claiming that Hollows can eat humans without consequence.

Zommari's origins are unknown, but given the fact that he is one of the lower Espada, he was likely an Adjuchas-level Hollow prior to meeting Aizen and being recruited into the latter's army. He spends most of his time in a meditation chamber, loyally awaiting his master's orders.
